Answers and progress

You can take the assessment without an account. The questionnaire sends no answers or scores to a server. Your browser tab stores your answers and progress so you can continue after a refresh. The clear-answers control clears the tab’s copy and any device copy you chose to save in an earlier version.

Shared devices and printing

Some browsers restore closed tabs. Clear your answers before leaving a shared device. A printout or PDF may include your optional background answers. You choose where to keep it.

Visiting the site

Vercel hosts the site and may process technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and operate its service. Linked websites have their own privacy practices.

Site analytics

If we enable Google Analytics, it is available only on selected public guides and articles. It is off by default and can use cookies to measure visits only after you choose to allow it. You can turn it off in the same controls. Google Analytics does not run on the assessment, personal results or Contact pages and receives no questionnaire answers or scores.

Email and privacy requests

Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages sent to our support address to our inbox. We use your email address and message to handle your request. Use the address below for privacy questions or requests about information you sent us. Please leave out questionnaire answers, scores and personal health details.
